20th Year Reunion!

Whatcom Day Academy will celebrate our 20th year in 2008. We want to include all alumni in our celebration, so if you are a former student, or if you know a former student, go to our contact page and send us an email! We would love to hear from you!

Congratulations are in order for Whatcom Day Academy for earning accreditation from the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Whatcom Day Academy was first accredited in 1991 and has been approved for the academic year of 2007 – 2008.

Accreditation is a means of showing confidence in a school’s performance. When the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools awards a school accreditation it is certifying that the school has annually met the prescribed quantitative and qualitative standards of the Association, within the terms of the school’s stated mission. It is also certifying that that the school has undergone a self-study and validation by an outside team of peers. By being accredited, Whatcom Day Academy is assured that other accredited schools will recognize their students’ credits, transcripts and diplomas.
