Extended Day Program

Whatcom Day Academy offers flexible options for before and after school care, school breaks, teacher work days and summer. Parents can choose which program best meets their needs. Our Extended Day Program provides a safe, fun and stimulating environment for students who need care before and after school. Students have time to do homework, play outdoors and participate in planned activities. Art, science experiments, cooking projects, and music are just some of the options available. The Extended Day Program morning hours are from 7:00 am until classes begin. Afternoon hours are from 3 P.M. through 6 P.M. The basic Extended Day Program covers all regularly scheduled school days, including teacher workdays. Our Extended Year Round Program adds coverage for School Break Camps and our Summer Program and includes child care from 8:30 - 3:00.
